Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “final sale”

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be granted to our discretion:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

To request a refund, please contact us at shop@ancientroots.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). If applicable, the original purchase price and any applicable taxes will be refunded to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected on your account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and contact your bank.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@ancientroots.com.au.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@ancientroots.com.au.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and would like to request a refund, please contact us with the order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a refund according to the above policy in store credits.

If you do not have the order number, please provide the name and email address of the person who purchased the gift, as well as a copy of the gift receipt if available.

Shipping returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to return your items, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
